故事发生在1962年，麦克法兰（维果·莫特森 Viggo Mortensen 饰）和柯莱特（克尔斯滕·邓斯特 Kirsten Dunst 饰）是一对艺术家夫妇，两人前往风景如画的希腊游玩。在古希腊卫城，夫妇两人遇见了名为吕达尔（奥斯卡·伊萨克 Oscar Isaac 饰）的陌生男子，他是当地的导游，靠着小偷小摸和骗吃骗喝过活。
麦克法兰和柯莱特的与众不同吸引了吕达尔的注意，三人结伴共进了晚餐。之后，夫妻两邀请吕达尔前往他们所住的酒店参观。就在这时，麦克法兰提出了一个让吕达尔感到十分疑惑的要求——帮助他搬运一具尸体，然而，柯莱特用甜言蜜语打消了吕达尔的疑虑，并且提出三人一同前往土耳其游玩。 1962. A glamorous American couple, the charismatic Chester MacFarland (Mortensen) and his alluring younger wife Colette (Dunst), arrive in Athens by boat via the Corinth Canal. While sightseeing at the Acropolis they encounter Rydal (Isaac), a young, Greek-speaking American who is working as a tour guide, scamming tourists on the side. Drawn to Colette's beauty and impressed by Chester's wealth and sophistication, Rydal gladly accepts their invitation to dinner. However, all is not as it seems with the MacFarlands and Chester's affable exterior hides darker secrets. When Rydal visits the couple at their exclusive hotel, Chester presses him to help move the body of a seemingly unconscious man who he claims attacked him. In the moment, Rydal agrees but as events take a more sinister turn he finds himself compromised and unable to pull himself free. His increasing infatuation with the vulnerable and responsive Colette gives rise to Chester's jealousy and paranoia, leading to a tense and dangerous battle of wits between the two men.

60年代希腊的设定好美，伊斯坦布尔巷跑也好看。剧情也有劲，开场奥斯卡讲Aegeus死的故事（which听上去怎么和菠萝蜜他爹的死法有点像）给全片垫了一层希腊悲剧似的气氛，可能没develop那么充分，但是好喜欢！有些细节也蛮可爱的，像父子合影的照片是在正在放《控方证人》的电影院外面拍的。
Alberto Iglesias's score single-handedly saved this utterly mediocre story.
导演是有多爱伊萨克的翘臀...真是够了.....另外，邓斯特小姐，既然都戛纳影后了，接戏逼格高一点吧，如今景甜都不接这样只顾卖脸的戏了......
新世代的Film-Noir！
风景好看色调赞，配乐明显听得出来希腊和土耳其元素。角色之间的感情关系都好奇怪…… Viggo ❤❤❤
真是越来越讨厌克斯汀·邓斯特了……在本片中不但肥肿难分，还显得无比老气。片子无聊得很，主线之下各种堆砌过于冗长，让人看得昏昏欲睡。PS：女2——黛西·贝文 Daisy Bevan——出场时间甚短，但很美观，值得拿下1星。
海史密斯的片真是一眼就能看出来啊，Chester说得对，Rydal从一开始就是冲着自己来的，和Colotte无关。你看到的不过是镜子里的自己，人人都是汤姆·雷普利。
一部只有主角自己在紧张的电影。
蜘蛛侠的女人都是摔死的。。
不肖富商失手杀人，与爱妻和痞子逃匿，途中两人勾搭，男猪不忿教训痞子又失手跌死贱人（大快人心事），湿手沾面粉浑身都是错了…派婆新作，总体说不负期待，稍欠张力，雷普利那种神作自然是不复再了。贱人富贵时温和可人，夫婿落魄后就牢骚扒外、不守职分，真是死得其所；男猪末路殒命土京则令人戚戚。
看到一大半发现是基片，一搜果然原作者是《天才里普利》的老太。女作家用恋父情结包装自己的腐女趣味可以理解，但是21世纪的电影还原封不动的搬过来就过于做作了吧。拍得也一般，但是有OI美过地中海的绝世容颜在，就值得浪费时间！
电影节第一刷，服装太美风景太美！可惜剧本又是硬伤，伊萨克的眼睛就像教父时候的阿尔帕西诺，总是让我心动。下一站我们去废墟之城吧
只消加15分钟左右的Issac和Viggo的对手戏，深化下两人关系描写，这片就能上一个档次，现在太突兀了。坐第一排看得脖子好酸，以及字幕差得令人发指，小语种不会不要紧，英文听译基本是十行里五行错三行漏，感觉现场敲字幕的同学都要无语了
故事和影片风格不太相符，这样一个集爱情，惊悚，犯罪等元素的故事，用过于文艺路数的表达，将悬念都磨平了，好故事反而变得没有吸引力。人物间的关系做了很多戏，但全然没有表现出来。仍旧看不惯邓斯特，表演太差。 #第十七届上海国际电影节#
维果·莫滕森仍魅力十足，奥斯卡·伊萨克也很有吸引力。片中的元素很多，有爱情、阴谋、罪案等等，不过拍出来的作品却并不吸引人，大概是用文艺片的路数拍的东西。不过导演有些细节用的非常棒。
