高谭市的黑暗势力又开始蠢蠢欲动了，这次是毁了半边脸的“双面人”（汤米•李•琼斯 Tommy Lee Jones 饰）。一次，“双面人”袭击了马戏团，演员迪克（克里斯•奥唐纳 Chris O'Donnell 饰）阻止了“双面人”的阴谋，家人却因此惨遭杀害。
布鲁斯（瓦尔•基尔默 Val Kilmer 饰）收留了迪克，并说服了满腔仇恨的迪克留了下来。因研究计划被拒绝而仇视韦布斯的公司职员爱德华（金•凯瑞 Jim Carrey 饰）成功研究出脑波吸收装置，化身成为“谜语侠”。

Formerly District Attorney Harvey Dent, Two-Face incorrectly believes Batman caused the courtroom accident which left him disfigured on one side; he has unleashed a reign of terror on the good people of Gotham. Edward Nygma, computer-genius and former employee of millionaire Bruce Wayne, is out to get the philanthropist; as The Riddler he perfects a device for draining information from all the brains in Gotham, including Bruce Wayne's knowledge of his other identity. Batman/Wayne is/are the love focus of Dr. Chase Meridan. Former circus acrobat Dick Grayson, his family killed by Two-Face, becomes Wayne's ward and Batman's new partner Robin the Boy Wonder.

妮可真是美得不可方物。
群星荟萃，但是故事只能当个消遣，经典英雄+美女，这部蝙蝠的主业是谈恋爱（有一说一方基默配蝙蝠面具挺帅）；蝙蝠史上最没排面的自曝和邪魅一笑太好笑了hhh；双面人和谜语人才是真正的活力双雄吧……他俩也太活宝了

在当年，这样一部有粉丝基础的、众星云集的、热闹的大片，获得了全年票房冠军。但随着时间流逝，这部“永远的蝙蝠侠”，已经成为“蝙蝠侠”电影中，存在感很低的一部。它逐渐沉寂，可好像已经预言了多年以后的故事。超英当道的时代里，每年夏天我们都至少要看一部像他那样色彩缤纷的超英大片，推其中一部上票房冠军之位，他也许也经历过“到底该多黑暗”或“到底该多明快”的挣扎，而结局，可能要再过20年，才好细说从头。
第一部对付小丑，第二部是企鹅人，第三部是双面人和谜语人。蝙蝠侠怎么好意思说自己从没恋爱过的，前两部的女朋友都忘了？
果不其然，还是很烂…… 主角不好看，跟罗宾的演员互换还差不多。而且就您这颜值，还在沉迷女色的道路上越走越远了……请问谁给你的勇气？ 双面人，我宁愿相信是编剧的锅。活脱脱一个二五仔，“痛失”N次赛点之后，最后因为一把硬币领了盒饭？ 妮可基德曼，越看越好看。可惜当年的氛围，只允许花瓶的存在； 金凯利无愧喜剧之王，活生生地把自己变成了主角，跟上一部的猫女如出一辙。
